Students learn prayers from the Shabbat liturgy, then join the congregation in leading parts of the service. Shir Tikvah Religious School and Hebrew School http://www.shirtikvah.net/education.php Shir Yeladim, a sub-committee of Youth Connections, is an effort to develop fun and educational programs for families with young children. Some activities include Children's Services twice a month, Holiday family programs and special events, drop-in playgroups and free childcare during every service. Temple Israel Religious School, Hebrew School, Early Childhood Education Center Kids’ Club (nap room) takes place from 12:30-3:00 p.m. one to five days per week. The Kids’ Club program gives children a quiet place to unwind and nap. As children wake up from their naps, they spend time with their teachers, get diapers changed, have a snack and play until they are picked up. Enrichment Classes for children ages 4-5: Each day of the week a different enrichment class is offered: Stories; Exploring Our World through Science; Cooking; and Sensory Exploration through Dance & Movement.
